The Client

Multitaction is a real-time collaboration platform designed for large organisations, allowing distributed teams to connect, share live data and solve business problems simultaneously, wherever in the world they are. Used by companies from the FTSE 100 to the NFL, it operates at the intersection of data visualisation, enterprise software and the modern workplace.

As a B2B technology platform with a sophisticated corporate audience, Multitaction needed a sales film that could explain a technically complex proposition quickly, convincingly and in a way that was compelling to C-suite decision-makers.

The Brief

Multitaction commissioned Nutmeg to create a promotional film that would explain how the platform works to potential enterprise clients, demonstrating its core proposition in a way that was immediately understandable and visually engaging. The challenge was to show a digital platform in action without the film feeling like a software tutorial.

The brief called for a film that would work in sales conversations at trade shows and pitches, on the Multitaction website and across platforms such as LinkedIn, speaking to senior decision-makers who needed to understand the platform’s value within the first thirty seconds.

Our Approach

We filmed over two days with actors we cast playing Multitaction users in different time zones, a creative choice that allowed us to dramatise the platform’s core proposition rather than simply describe it. To show how Multitaction operates seamlessly across locations, we used match on action and split screens throughout the film.

The Tower Bridge location was a deliberate signal: we filmed at one of Multitaction’s own large wall installations overlooking the iconic view, grounding the technology in a real-world, visually striking environment. It gave the film a cinematic quality that lifts it well above the average corporate software demonstration.

The combination of dramatic location, careful casting and technically precise editing created a film that communicates the platform’s power without a single slide, diagram or screen recording.

The Result

A corporate sales film that gave Multitaction a powerful asset for use in sales conversations, at events, on their website and professional websites such as LinkedIn – demonstrating their platform’s capability in a format that resonates with the enterprise audience they need to reach.

The film is a strong example of what happens when a technically complex brief is treated as a creative opportunity: the result communicates clearly and looks genuinely impressive.
