Coventry University

We were asked to create an engaging, futuristic, 90 second explainer animation to present Coventry University’s new Electric Revolution Skills (ERS) Hub. The ERS Hub is an integrated digital platform that brings together employers, training providers, individuals and academia to upskill the nation and prepare for the future of electrification. The animation should aim to create awareness amongst potential partners, and highlight the legitimacy of the Hub, including the vision for the future, the challenges, and the solution.

We developed the creative style by using the ERS Hub’s brand guidelines and colour palette as key reference points. Through a series of style and story boards, we established a clean, high-tech creative style which tells the story in a clear and engaging way. We used a combination of moving images, text and voiceover to highlight key facts and a call to action.
