SHIFT

The Brief

We were approached to produce a series of 6 short films for a campaign called SHIFT (Sexual Health in the over 45’s), for a consortium of charities based in Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK.

SHIFT aims to empower people aged over 45 to participate in sexual health services and improve their sexual health and wellbeing. The films needed to tackle a range of important topics including Chlamydia, HIV and the Menopause and be produced and filmed in different EU languages and countries.

The Films

Filming in between lockdowns across the EU, in different locations and languages presented us with a number of challenges! Our team got to work scripting, casting and organising locations for each of the films. We worked with some local crew, as well as our own core team, to ensure lockdowns wouldn’t stop filming.

We produced a series of 6 engaging drama based films that deliver key messages to an audience that possibly aren’t thinking about their own sexual health. The films were shot in different languages but are designed to be part of a series accessible to audiences across the EU with translations and subtitles.
